We mark items as “In Stock” when they’re ready to ship, but availability can occasionally change due to inventory, quality checks, or fulfillment hiccups. If something you ordered becomes unavailable, we’ll get in touch to sort out an alternative, an updated delivery option, or a refund — whatever works best for you.

How Does Payment Work?

You can use any of the payment methods shown at checkout, and prices are displayed in the currency you see there unless we say otherwise. Your order will be processed and shipped once payment goes through successfully.

We work with trusted third-party payment processors and secure technology to help keep your payment details safe. To be clear, Forbe Jackets doesn’t intentionally store or sell your complete payment card information.

Will My Order Always Be Accepted?

Placing an order is the first step, but it doesn’t automatically guarantee it’ll go through. Every so often, we may need to decline or cancel an order for reasons like:

  • Product availability or inventory issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information
  • Payment or billing issues
  • Pricing or product information errors
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
  • Shipping restrictions or other circumstances beyond our control

If we cancel an order after payment has already gone through, don’t worry — we’ll refund you to your original payment method, in line with our policies.

How Does Shipping Work?

We ship worldwide to eligible destinations, with a speedier premium option available in select areas too.

Here’s what to expect:

  • Standard: 8–12 business days after dispatch
  • Premium: $30, 6–8 business days after dispatch
  • Processing/handling: usually 1–3 business days

These timeframes kick in once your order has been processed and dispatched. While we always aim to hit these windows, delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees — things like customs clearance, weather, holidays, carrier delays, or remote locations can sometimes slow things down.

What About Customs Duties and Taxes?

If you’re ordering internationally, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges set by your destination country. These are determined by local authorities, so they’re outside our control — and unfortunately, the responsibility falls to you as the customer.

What If I Need to Return or Exchange Something?

We get it — sometimes an item just isn’t right. Eligible products can be returned or exchanged under our Return & Exchange Policy, whether it’s the wrong size, a change of heart, or something arrived defective or incorrect.

And if we made the mistake — wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, or a defective product — we’ll look into it and make it right.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Life happens! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, as long as it hasn’t already been processed for shipment.

If you need to cancel after that first 24-hour window, the cancellation terms in our Return & Exchange Policy will apply.

Once your order has shipped, we’re not able to cancel it — but you’re welcome to request a return after it arrives, following our Return & Exchange Policy.

What About My Account?

If you set up an account with us, it’s on you to keep your login details secure and to let us know if anything looks off with your account activity. If we ever notice an account being used fraudimg to break these terms, we may need to suspend or close it.

Who Owns the Content on Your Site?

Everything original on Forbe Jackets — product images, descriptions, logos, site design, graphics, text, videos, and more — belongs to us or is licensed to us, and it’s protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Please don’t copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or reuse our content commercially without written permission.

What About Links to Other Websites?

You might come across links to third-party websites, payment providers, shipping services, or other external tools on our site. These operate independently, with their own terms and privacy practices, so we’re not responsible for what happens on their end.

How Do You Handle My Privacy?
