Forbe Jackets is an independent fashion brand specializing in jackets and outerwear.

Our products may be inspired by movies, television shows, music, sports, popular culture, and current fashion trends. Unless specifically stated otherwise, Forbe Jackets is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third-party brand, celebrity, organization, or production company.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Products & Orders

Most of our products are made to order. This means we begin preparing your jacket after your order is placed.

Because our products are made by hand and materials can vary slightly, minor differences in color, texture, stitching, or finish may occur.

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, the actual color may look slightly different depending on your screen or lighting.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in situations such as:

  • A significant pricing or technical error.
  • An item becoming unavailable.
  • Incorrect order information that prevents fulfillment.
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

If we cancel an order, any payment already made for that order will be refunded.

Pricing & Payments

All prices on our website are displayed in USD, unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through our available payment providers.

If a pricing or technical error affects an order, we will contact you and provide the appropriate options. If the order cannot be fulfilled because of an error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Made-to-Order & Custom Items

Most Forbe Jackets products are made to order.

Standard-size jackets ordered according to our size chart may be eligible for return or exchange under our Return, Exchange, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Custom-size or personalized jackets made according to customer-provided measurements or specific customization requests are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference.

Custom or personalized orders may still be eligible for a replacement, exchange, or refund if the item arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or does not match the agreed specifications.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping.

Our jackets are produced and dispatched from our production facility in Pakistan using trusted international courier services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or similar carriers.

Typical production and delivery times are:

  • Production Time: 1–3 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 8–12 business days after dispatch
  • Premium Shipping: 6–8 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Eligible standard-size items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Returns are accepted for reasons including:

  • The size isn’t right.

  • The item isn’t what you expected.

  • You would prefer a different size or exchange.

For returns due to change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with original tags and packaging where applicable.

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed to be our error or a manufacturing defect, Forbe Jackets will cover the reasonable return shipping cost and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund processing generally takes 3–7 business days after approval. Your payment provider or bank may require additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are generally not refundable for buyer’s-remorse or personal-preference returns.

Order Cancellation

Because our jackets are made to order, we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed.

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund.

After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing or production, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

If an order has already entered production, we may not be able to cancel it or provide a full refund.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Customs, Duties & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Forbe Jackets is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

We respect your privacy and take reasonable measures to protect your personal information.

Information provided to us may be used to:

  • Process and fulfil orders.
